At first glance my work appears to have a strong affinity to Minimalist or Post Minimal art. It is however tactile, evoking associations with pages, the appearance of writing and sometimes with ariel views and plans. Forms appear to float, at an implied but immeasurable distance in front of the surface.
Works are made in series, cycles of work that have elements of repetition. Typically, they are exhibited in groups. Quiet and subtle but with gentle insistent geometry, they explore understatement.
