Flag is a continuation of my work made in carbon fibre, a material which enables a way to physically draw in three dimensions. What interests me is the fact that a pencil line (graphite) and a line drawn in carbon fibre, share the same materiality, that they are the same element, Carbon. Carbon fibre has both the strength and lightness to explore a ways to make three-dimensional work with an emphasis on drawing and in particular using geometric and architectural references, and the Flag continues this idea.
